摘要
中药饮片是中药材的加工炮制品,其质量好坏直接关系到人民用药的安全与疗效。当今社会,随着我国零售业的快速发展,中药饮片已不仅仅用于医院和各级诊所中医师所开具的处方,而且多种多样的中药饮品已经普遍进入寻常百姓家。文章运用药事管理学理论分析了中药饮片存在质量问题的根本原因,以及结合中药饮片本身的特点,通过分析提出了运用法律监管、行政监管和企业自我监管三方面措施改善现有问题的对策,力求改善中药饮片市场秩序,保障群众用药安全。
Chinese herbal pieces are processed products,the quality of which is directly related to the safety and efficacy of the people. Nowadays,with the rapid development of China's retail industry,Chinese herbal medicine is not only for Chinese medicine prescriptions issued by hospitals and clinics at all levels,and a variety of herbal drinks have entered the homes of ordinary people. The use of pharmaceutical economics theory to analyse the root causes of quality problems of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese herbal medicine and combined with the characteristics of itself,by analyzing the use of legal supervision,administrative supervision and self supervision enterprises countermeasures three measures to improve the existing problems,and strive to improve the Chinese herbal medicine market order,protect people's drug safety.
