摘要
太平煤矿复采采煤工作面产尘大,在采取初次降尘除尘后,仍然达不到煤矿安全规定的矿井空气质量标准,针对该问题,研制了一种水幕除尘装置,安置在距工作面5 m处的回风巷道内,利用除尘液在水幕除尘装置中的纱网小孔上形成水膜的原理,吸附进入回风巷道内的工作面污风中的粉尘,达到对工作面二次降尘除尘的效果。结果表明,在回风巷道内安置水幕除尘装置对工作面再次降尘除尘,使得两次降尘除尘效果达到90%以上,很好地保证了回风巷道内设备和人员的安全,也极大地提高了矿井内空气质量。
The re-mining face in Taiping Coal Mine had a large amount of dust, and still cannot reach the air quality standardregulated by coal mine safety after initial dust removal. Aimed at the problem, a kind of water curtain dust removal was devel-oped with the principle of dust removal liquid becoming into water curtain in the gauze holes of this device. When the device wasplaced in the ventilation roadway that was 5 m away from the working face, the dust in dirty air from working face to ventila-tion roadway was adsorbed based on the principle of the device, achieving the effect of second dust removal for working face.The results showed that placing the water curtain dust removal in ventilation roadway for second dust removal of working facecould obtain the dust removal rate of more than 90 %, which not only ensured the safety of equipment and personnel in ventila-tion roadway very well, but also greatly improved the air quality of mine.
