隔代抚养幼儿的体育参与程度及其干预 被引量:8

摘要 在我国,隔代抚养已成为一种重要的抚养方式,这种抚养方式对幼儿身心健康会产生一定的影响。实验1分别选取81名隔代抚养幼儿和58名非隔代抚养幼儿作为研究对象,采用观察法和实验法考察隔代抚养与非隔代抚养幼儿的体育参与程度,结果发现与非隔代抚养幼儿相比,隔代抚养幼儿的体育参与程度较低。基于实验1的结果,实验2选取78名隔代抚养幼儿为研究对象,利用情境游戏对隔代抚养幼儿进行干预,结果发现恰当的情境游戏干预可以有效地提高隔代抚养幼儿的体育参与程度。幼儿园应积极利用在园亲子课程,帮助祖辈转变体育意识与观念;社区应积极开展家庭体育活动,促进祖孙体育兴趣结合,共同推动祖辈抚养幼儿身心健康发展。 Skip-generation raising has become a main way of raising children in China. Transformation of the way of raising children has exerted certain impact on the physical and mental health of children. In experiment 1, 81 children raised by grandparents and 58 children who are not raised by grandparents are selected as the subject of study. The experiment adopts observation and experimentation to investigate the differences in sports participation behaviors of children raised by grandparents and those who are not. The results show that compared with the latter, children raised by grandparents are less involved in sports activities. Based on the results, 78 children raised by grandparents are selected as the subject of study in experiment 2. Situational games are adopted for these children. Results show that appropriate situational game interventions can effectively enhance the sports participation behaviors of children raised by grandparents. The study suggests that kindergartens can adopt family programs designed for grandparents and children to transform the sports awareness of grandparents. Communities can organize family sports activities to promote interest integration of grandparents and children.
