摘要
基于水力变速节能理念,对配备有厌氧选择池的微孔曝气变速氧化沟中试系统的处理特征进行研究。当HRT为14 h、SRT为15d、水温为15~28℃、平均有机负荷为0.07 kg/(kg·d),DO质量浓度控制在0.6~1.0 mg/L的条件下,COD、NH_4^+-N和TN的各项出水水质指标均能达到GB 18918—2002中的一级A排放标准,TP能达到一级B排放标准,且部分时段能达到一级A排放标准,DO质量浓度通过PLC稳定在0.6~1.0 mg/L的供氧控制模式,同时也实现了曝气区低DO浓度及低流速和变速运行的节能模式。
Based on the concept of hydraulic variable speed and energy saving, the research on the treatment characteristics of the pilot-scale test system of the fine bubble aeration variable-speed oxidation ditch equipped with an- aerobic selection tank has been accomplished. When HRT is 14 h, SRT is 15 days, water temperature ranges from 15℃ to 28 ℃, average organic load 0.07 kg/(kg·d), and DO mass concentration controlled at 0.6-1.0 mg/L, all the effluent water quality indexes of COD, NH4^+-N and TN can reach the First Level A discharge standard specified in GB 18918-2002. Its TP can reach the First Level B discharge standard, while in certain period of time it can reach the First Level A discharge standard. Its DO mass concentration controlled by PLC keeps at 0.6-1.0 mg/L of oxygen supplying mode. Furthermore, the energy saving modes, including low DO concentration, low flow velocity and variable speed operation in aeration area, have been realized.
