摘要
针对工业4.0智能工厂管理过程的需求,提出了一个满足矩阵型互联化生产组织模式的松散耦合综合绩效激励模型,对其中的双绩效评估体系进行了分析并给出了具体的绩效评估方法。此外,针对绩效指标之间存在不可公度性和矛盾性的问题,避免绩效指标在量纲和量级上的差异对绩效评估结果产生影响,给出了绩效指标数据规范化的详细方法。
To meet the smart factory management requirement in industry 4.0, a loose coupled integrated performance motivation model using interconnected matrix organizational structure is represented, and its dual performance evaluation mechanism is discussed in detail. As a consequence of this, a highly applicable evaluation approach is given, and a data normalization approach is also introduced to avoid problems of incommensurability and contradictoriness caused by measurement unit and magnitude of each performance indicator.
