摘要
制备葛根-山楂祛脂颗粒并对其处方进行优化.采用D-最优混料设计法,以淀粉、糊精和α-乳糖的比例为考察因素,以溶化性、粒度为评价指标,通过湿法制粒制备葛根-山楂祛脂颗粒.得到葛根-山楂祛脂颗粒的最佳处方比例为:葛根-山楂稠浸膏30.00%、淀粉46.14%、糊精19.00%、α-乳糖5.00%.在此条件下,所得颗粒溶化性、粒度均符合药典规定.得到的葛根-山楂祛脂颗粒处方配比设计合理,制备工艺简单,可为葛根-山楂祛脂颗粒的规模性生产提供可靠的依据.
To prepare fat removing granule of pueraria - hawthorn and optimize its process. With D - optimum mixture design, taking the ratio of starch, dextrin and alpha lactose as the investigation factors and taking the solubility and granularity as evaluation indexes, using wet granulation to prepare fat removing granule of pueraria - hawthorn, optimal prescription for fat removing granule of pueraria - hawthorn is as following: thick extract of pueraria - hawthorn is 30.00% , starch is 46.14% , dextrin is 19% , alpha lactose is 5%. Under these conditions, the solubility and particle size of the granules conform to the Pharmacopoeia regulation. The formula design of removing fat granule of pueraria - hawthorn is reasonable and the preparation process is simple. It can provide reliable basis for large - scale production of fat removing granule of pueraria - hawthorn.
