摘要
公共教育学课程教学质量如何,不仅直接影响学生选择和从事教师职业的意愿,而且也将直接影响师范学生毕业后的教学实践效果。为了准确掌握少数民族师范生公共教育学课程的学习情况,促进少数民族师范生培养质量的提高,本研究以新疆某高校非教育专业少数民族师范生为对象,对其学习情况进行问卷调查,发现学生存在自身因素、教师方面和教材资源使用方面等问题,建议从少数民族师范生自身特点出发,增强教学实效,拓展教育知识,综合评价自我。
The teaching quality of public pedagogy course will not only have an influence on students' willingness to choose and engage in the teaching profession, but also have a direct impact on the teaching practice effect of normal graduates. In order to get the first-hand information about the learning situation and to promote the training quality of ethnic normal graduates accurately, this research takes the S University's ethnic normal students with non-professional education background as our object, giving questionnaire to them and finding such problems as lower quality of students, shortage of educators and shortage of teaching material resources. Consequently, we arrive at a conclusion that we should learn from the character of students to enhance teaching efficiency, expand educational knowledge and have a comprehensive evaluation.
