摘要
通过对比浙江省民办与公办高职院校办学条件、专职教师队伍、优势专业以及特色专业的相关数据,发现两者存在不小差距。民办高职院校要实现可持续发展,必须准确定位优势与特色方向,打造办学特色;明确人才培养方案,深化教学改革;加强专职教师队伍建设,使其发挥主导作用。
Comparing the public and non-governmental vocational colleges in Zhejiang, it is found that there are significant gaps between them on operation conditions, teaching teams, advanced and featured disciplines. To ensure the sustainable development of non-governmental vocational colleges it is necessary to accurately locate the advantages and characteristics of the direction and create own characteristics, clarify the personnel training program and deepen the teaching reform, strengthen the construction of full-time teachers and enable them to play leading roles.
