摘要
利用女贞果实制备纳米银,并对影响其形成的条件加以优化。利用紫外可见吸收光谱法确定最优合成体系,即果实质量为10 g、AgNO_3浓度为1 mM、pH值为7、反应温度为60℃。电镜分析结果显示合成的纳米银为球形或近球形颗粒,大小介于4~60 nm,平均粒径为15 nm,分散性与稳定性良好。该生物合成方法具有成本低、速度快、能耗低、无污染等特点。
Fruit of Ligustrum lucidum was used to synthesize nano silver,and parameters that influence its formation were optimized. The optimized synthesis system was determined through UV-Vis spectroscopy. It contained10 g of fruit and 1 m M Ag NO3 at p H 7 and 60 ℃. Electron microscope analysis showed that biosynthesized nano silver was spherical or near spherical. The diameter of nano silver was in the range of 4 ~ 60 nm,and the average size was about 15 nm with good dispersibility and stability. This biosynthesis method possesses several advantages including low cost,fast speed,low energy consumption,no pollution,etc.
