摘要
建立了汽轮机真空严密性对热经济性影响的解析算法。通过该法的应用,可以建立真空严密性与汽轮机排汽压力、热经济性之间的关系。依据此关系,可以比较准确地进行汽轮机热量损失的定量计算与相关分析。这对于真空严密性对热经济性影响的计算分析和相关节能管理的深化具有实际意义。
The analytical algorithm on impact of vacuum tightness on thermal economy for steam turbines was established. With this algorithm being applied, the relationships between vacuum tightness and exhaust steam pressure as well as vacuum tightness and thermal economy could be provided, according to these relationships, the thermal loss of steam turbine could be calculated and studied precisely. This study has practical significance to the calculation and analysis on the impact of vacuum tightness on thermal economy as well as the energy-saving management.
