摘要
介绍了国际EPC机组净热耗指标违约的预警性判断法的建立。通过应用本方法对案例违约分析,找出了违约的原因,即热力参数选择不适当;提出了相应的解决措施。本案例表明,应用预警性判断法,能够有效地避免谈判过程中的失误以及降低违约风险。
The foundation of early-warning estimation for net heat rate breaching of international EPC power plant is introduced. The reason why the improper selection of heating parameters is found out through analysis for the cases and the measure is put forward. The case indicates that the application of early-warning estimation is effectual to avoid negotiating misplay and reduce breaching risk.
