摘要
目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)治疗消化道早期癌的围手术期护理。方法回顾性分析我院117例行EMR的消化道早期癌患者的临床特点,进行评估并采取围手术期优质护理服务。结果 117例患者均成功施行EMR。术后消化道出血伴黑便3.4%,胸骨后疼痛2.5%,上腹部不适感11.1%,均予对症处理后好转。结论对于消化道早期癌,围手术期优质护理服务可以提高EMR的医疗质量和工作效率,值得临床推广应用。
Object To investigate the operation cooperation and perioperative nursing measures of endoscopic mucosal resection （EMR） in early gastrointestinal carcinomas. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical features of 117 cases of early gastrointestinal carcinomas removed by EMR in our hospital was performed, and the operation cooperation and perioperative nursing measures related to the efficiency of EMR was evaluated. Results 117 patients were performed EMR successfully and were diagnosed as early gastrointestinal carcinomas base on the pathological results. 3 patients with a intraoperative blood loss more than 50ml were treated with timely bipolar coagulation hemostasis. After surgery, 4, 3, and 13 patients had happened with gastrointestinal hemorrhages and meleha, pain behind the sternum, and epigastric discomfort, respectively. All of them were recovered after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions Efficient operation cooperation and high quality nursing can improve the medical quality and working efficiency of EMR in early gastrointestinal carcinomas, and are worthy of clinical popularization.
