摘要
运用HACCP原理对辣椒油树脂生产过程从原料到产品全程进行罗丹明B监测分析,阐明了辣椒油树脂产品中罗丹明B的污染来源,结合实际生产工艺流程,确定了关键控制点,建立了HACCP系统。该HACCP系统应用效果明显,可以有效控制非法染料罗丹明B的污染。
Based on the HACCP principles, rhodamine B contamination in capsicum oleoresin processing is monitored and analyzed from raw materials acceptance to product packaging,and the sources of rhodamine B contamination in capsicum oleoresin processing are clarified. Combined with actual capsicum oleoresin production process, critical control point and HACCP system are established. The HACCP system has obvious application results and it can effectively control the contamination of illegal rhodamine B dyes in capsicum oleoresin.
