摘要
采用浸渍法将Keggin型结构的磷钨酸负载于活性炭上,制备出负载型催化剂,运用XRD,N2吸附-脱附,FT-IR,TG-DTA等方法对其进行分析。根据分析结果选择催化剂34%PW12/C用于尼泊金丁酯的催化合成,并利用正交试验L9(34)对其主要工艺条件进行优化,结果表明:活性炭及PW12的基本结构均能得到保持,催化剂具有较大的孔径、孔容及比表面积。醇酸摩尔比3∶1,催化剂用量2.5%,反应温度130℃,反应时间3h,酯收率达到86.3%。催化剂重复使用5次,催化性能稳定。
Supported catalysts are prepared using impregnation method by Keggin-type phosphotungstic acid supported on active carbon, and they are analyzed through XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, FT-IR, TG-DTA methods.
