摘要
文章从供应链成员、网络结构、节点连接方式分析了工程供应链的基本内涵,阐述了承发包模式与工程供应链网络结构的制约关系。对三种典型的工程承发包模式的内涵与特征进行了深入分析,并对不同承发包模式下的工程供应链网络结构进行了剖析。
the paper analyzes the basic connotation of engineering supply chain and describes the restriction relationship between the contracting mode and the engineering supply chain network structure from the supply chain members, network structure, and the node connection mode. The connotations and characteristics of the three typical project contracting modes are further analyzed, and the network structure of the engineering supply chain under different contracting modes is analyzed.
