摘要
以运动生物力学为基础,结合西藏林芝的高原环境,对2014年教育部颁布的《国家学生体质健康标准》所涉及的速度灵巧类项目-50米跑在高原环境下的达标能力进行理论与试验研究.结果表明:受高原环境因素的影响,《国家学生体质健康标准》中速度灵巧类项目的实施表现出一定的差异性,该项目的运动效率主要受空气阻力影响,在高原环境下的达标能力较强,其在高原环境下的考核标准有待进一步优化.
Based on sports biomechanics and the plateau environment of Linzhi area in Tibet, this paper makes a theoretical and experimental study on the speedy and agile project - the 50 meter dash's ability to reach standard in plateau environment, which relates to the National Physical Fitness Standard for students in 2014 issued by the Ministry of Education. The result shows, affected by plateau environmental, the implementation of the speedy and agile project in the National Physical Fitness Standard for students shows some differences; the movement efficiency of the project is mainly affected by air resistance, and the ability to reach the standard is stronger in the plateau environment; it's assessment criteria in the plateau environment should be further optimized.
