EZH2和EGFR在乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的联合检测乳腺癌组织中果蝇zeste基因增强子同源物2(EZH2)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达及其相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取病例临床资料完整且经病理学确诊为乳腺癌样本和癌旁正常组织样本各50例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中EZH2和EGFR的表达,并分析其临床病理特征与乳腺癌中EZH2和EGFR表达情况的相关性。结果 EZH2和EGFR在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为74.00%和68.00%,在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为18.00%和22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EZH2和EGFR在有无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EZH2和EGFR在不同年龄、有无家族史及不同肿瘤大小的乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在不同分化程度、区域淋巴结转移乳腺癌组织中的EZH2和EGFR阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同TNM分期的乳腺癌组织中的EZH2阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在不同TNM分期的乳腺癌组织中EGFR阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EZH2和EGFR在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 EZH2和EGFR均有可能作为鉴别乳腺组织良恶性病变的有意义指标。乳腺癌组织中EZH2和EGFR的表达情况与其不同分化程度、区域淋巴结转移存在相关性,乳腺癌组织中EGFR的表达与其不同TNM分期存在相关性,而EZH2的表达与其不同TNM分期相关性不明显,且EZH2和EGFR在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the relevance of EZH2 and EGFR in breast cancer and their expression in breast cancer, so as further to discuss its clinical significance.Methods 50 cases of breast cancer samples from patients who were diagnosed by pathology and their adjacent normal tissue were used to be samples detecting the expression of EZH2 and EGFR and their relevance in breast cancer tissue by immunohistochemical method.Then their clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of EZH2 and EGFR in breast cancer tissue were 74% and 68 % respectively, positive expression rate of tissue adjacent to carcinoma 18% and 2:2% respectively ;the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05) .According to the comparison of EZH2 and EGFR in the presence of lymph node metastases and nonlymph node metastases,the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).According to comparing the different positive expression rates of EZH2 and EGFR breast cancer patients in different ages, from different families, with or without breast tumor history, as well as the tumor size,there is no statistically significant difference were observed(P〉0.05). However, in different differentiation degree, regional lymph node metastasis in breast cancer tissue, comparative difference of EZH2 and EGFR positive expression rates was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ln different TNM staging of breast cancer tissue,comparative differences of EZH2' s positive expression rates had no statistical significance(P〉0.05) ; but in different TNM staging of breast cancer tissue,comparison of different EGFR positive expression rates was statistically significant(P〈0.05) .EZH2 and EGFR are positively correlated in breast cancer tissue(P〈0,001).Conclusions Both EZH2 and EGFR may serve as a meaningful indicator to identify malignancy in the breast tissue.The expression of EZH2 and EGFR in breast cancer tissue had correlation with the degree of differentiation,regional lymph node me
