摘要
利用计算机仿真技术研究了薄壁壳体件挤压成形工艺的优化设计方法。首先,建立三维模型,通过对模型特点的分析确定了挤压成形方法;然后利用有限元软件对挤压成形工艺参数进行模拟仿真分析;最后,通过对仿真模拟参数的综合分析并参考实际工程需求,确立了合理的挤压成形工艺参数。
Computer simulation technology has been used to study the optimization design of extrusion forming process of thin-walled shell.First of all,a three-dimensional model is established,and the extrusion forming method is determined through the analysis of the characteristics of the model.Then finite element software is used to study the extrusion process parameters.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the simulation parameters,the reasonable extrusion forming process parameters have been established.
