摘要
采用刚粘塑性有限元方法,对石油钻具接头热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,获得并分析成形过程与力能参数曲线,为热挤压成形工艺改进及模具结构优化提供依据,成功解决了锻件充不足、锻件抱死在凸模上以及凸模折断的工程实际问题。
Adopting the finite element methods for rigidity visco-plasticity,the process of hot extrusion process for the petroleum drilling rig's connection was numerically stimulated.The whole shape process and force parameters curve were obtained and analyzed,which can provide foundation for the craft improvement of hot extrusion shape and the die's structure optimization,and successfully resolve three engineering practical problems,such as forge piece inadequate,forge piece's staying on the terrace die and terrace die's rupture.
