摘要
建立了7A85铝合金大规格锻件多向锻造成形有限元仿真模型。研究了模具温度对锻件变形均匀性的影响,进行了合金样件锻造工艺试验。结果表明:模具温度越高,锻件温度均匀性越好;当模具温度为380℃时,平均等效应变达到6.46以上,等效应变均方差为0.94。模具温度对锻件边界组织演化影响较大,模具温度在250~380℃时,锻件边界为没有再结晶的纤维组织;当模具温度在400-450℃时,边界出现了部分再结晶组织。在实际生产中提高模具温度可改善大规格锻件的组织均匀性。
The muti-directional forging finite element model for 7A85 aluminum alloy large-sized forgings was established. The influence of die temperature on forgings forming uniformity was researched. The forging process test of the alloy samples was carried out. The results show that the higher die temperature is, the better uniformity of the forging temperature is; when the die temperature is 380℃, the average strain-effective is more than 6.46, the strain-effective square deviation is 0.94. Influence of die temperature on boundary microstructure evolution of the forgings is more obvious, when the die temperature is from 250℃ to 380℃, the border of the forging is fibrous mierostructure without recrystallization; when the die temperature is from 400℃ to 450℃, part of recrystaUized microstructure arises on the border. In actual production, increasing the die temperature can improve the large-size forging microstructure uniformity.
