摘要
目的研究核心力量训练对女子网球运动员技战术能力的影响。方法采用文献资料法、专家访谈法以及教学实验法等,对湖北省高校网球专业的40名女运动员进行分组实验教学训练研究,实验组采用核心力量训练方法,对照组采用传统力量训练方法。对实验前、后两组网球运动员技战术方面的变化情况进行对比分析。结果经过12周核心力量训练后,实验组在接发球上网、发球上网以及底线相持阶段的得分率及使用率上要明显高于对照组(p<0.05),而在失分率上,明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论核心力量训练有助于发展女子网球运动员技战术水平。
Objective To study the influence of core strength training on the skills and tactics of women's tennis players. Methods A sample of 40 female college students majoring in tennis were recruited in experiment which were analyzed by the method of literature, experimental and expert interview. The whole sample was divided into two groups, the experimental group adopted core strength training method, and the control group adopted traditional strength training method. Results After 12 weeks of experiment, the changes of the skills and tactics between two groups was compared and analyzed. The results indicated that the score and usage rate of baseline ball, serve and volley in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p〈0.05), and the loss rate was significantly lower(p〈0.05). Conclusion Findings suggest that core strength training can help to develop women's tennis players' skills and tactics.
