摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司乌鲁木齐石化分公司1.2 Mt/a延迟焦化装置经过技术改造,增设了渣油换热器并将蜡油并入渣油系统跨线流程,将350℃热蜡油经调节阀补入加热炉进料油中,实现了供氢体循环技术改造。改造后,分馏塔底部温度可提高25℃,装置液体收率提高1.14百分点,焦炭收率降低0.54百分点,石油焦挥发分质量分数降低0.40百分点,有效地改善了装置产品分布,同时加热炉负荷降低、热效率提高0.35百分点,燃料气耗量减少200 kg/h,在保证装置长周期运行的同时,提高了经济效益。 Here introduced is the technical revamping of a 1. 2 MM TPY delayed coking unit in Petro China Urumqi Petrochemical Company. In the revamping,the residue oil heat exchanger is added and heavy gas oil blended into residue oil system; The 350 ℃ heavy gas oil is introduced into the feed oil of fired heater through control valve,and technical revamping for hydrogen recycle is realized. After revamping,the bottom temperature of fractionators is elevated by 25 ℃,the liquid yield of the unit is increased by 0. 87%,the coke make is reduced by 0. 54%,the volatile component of petroleum coke is lowered by 0. 4%,and the product distribution of the unit is effectively improved. At the same time,the heat duty of fire heater is decreased,thermal efficiency of the heater is elevated by 0. 35%,and fuel gas consumption is reduced by 200 kg/hr.The long-term operation of the unit is ensured and economic benefit is improved.
