摘要
介绍了焦化加热炉在线清焦技术在中国石油天然气股份有限公司乌鲁木齐石化分公司延迟焦化装置的应用过程以及注意事项,通过应用在线清焦技术,在相同工况下加热炉炉管壁温度最高降低约100℃,燃料气消耗量降低约200 m3/h,炉膛温度最高下降了42℃,炉管压力约降低0.15 MPa,有效延长了加热炉运行周期。对多次在线清焦给加热炉、焦炭塔和分馏稳定系统带来的不良影响进行了分析,提出了降低不良影响的相关措施。由于加热炉清焦对设备和生产操作影响大,也存在一定危险因素,提出了应当尽可能减少在线清焦频次,制定在线清焦界面条件也非常有必要。
The application of on-line cleaning technology of coking furnace in the delayed coker in Petro China Urumqi Petrochemical Company and associated precautions are described. After application of the technology,the wall temperature of furnace tubes is reduced by 100 ℃ maximum at the same operating conditions,the fuel gas consumption is lowered by about 200 m-3,the furnace chamber temperature is reduced by42 ℃,and pressure of furnace tubes are lowered by 0. 15 MPa. All these have effectively helped to extend the operating cycle of the coking furnace. The corresponding measures to reduce the negative impacts are presented based upon the analysis of impacts of on-line coke cleaning on furnace,coking tower and fractionators.Some hazardous factors may exist as the on-line cleaning of coking furnace affects the operation of equipment and production. Therefore,the on-line coke cleaning frequency should be possibly minimized,and it is very necessary to design interface condition for online coke cleaning.
