基于介电常数的自动切水器的设计及研究

摘要 为保证油品的质量必须将储油罐内明水切除,根据油水介质的介电常数的不同,设计以ATMEGA 32单片机为控制机芯的圆柱式差动电容传感器,建立传感器测量模型,通过信号检测调理,将传感器电容信号转换成电压信号,发送到单片机进行数据处理后在屏上显示检测结果。通过对切水器进行在线切水模拟测试,验证了该切水器可实现长时间切水作业,极大地提高了切水的效率,为油水的分离提供了科学依据。 In order to ensure the quality of oil, it is necessary to remove the water in the oil storage tank. According to the dielectric constant of the oil-water medium, the ATMEGA 32 MCU is designed as the cylindrical differential capacitive sensor for the control movement, and the sensor measurement model , Through the signal detection conditioning, the sensor capacitance signal into a voltage signal, sent to the mierocontroller for data processing on the screen display test results. Through the on-line water cut simulation test, it is verified that the water cater can realize the long time water cut operation, which greatly improves the efficiency of cutting water and provides scientific basis for the separation of oil and water.
