摘要
通过工业CT扫描系统对角度进行测量及不确定度评估;建立了角度测量模型,分析测量过程中的主要误差源,通过合理简化提出了角度测量的不确定评估方法,并针对钢制角度量块测量结果的不确定度评估进行了深入的研究;最后,以高能6MeV工业CT线阵探测器系统对6种已校准的角度量块进行测量及评价实验,评定角度测量的扩展不确定度为5.8′时,多次评价结果之间的最大差值不超过5′,具有可靠的理论依据和较稳定的评定结果;此不确定度评估方法可结合实际测量系统对各种角度测量中进行推广使用。
The method for evaluating the angle measurement based on industrial CT is presented. A measurement model is established, and major uncertainty components are recognized. An evaluation method of the angle measurement based on industrial CT is proposed with reasonable simplification. Furthermore, an in-depth study of uncertainty evaluation of the steel angle gauge measurement is presented. Fi- nally, the method is applied on uncertainty evaluation of 6MeV high-energy industrial CT linear array detector system. This method is suc- cessfully used in evaluating measurement uncertainty of the steel angle gauge and obtained stable results show that the maximal difference a- mong the results is less than 5′ when the typical uncertainty is 5. 731′. This evaluation method can be extended to various angle measure- ments fields.
