摘要
分析了不同含量下稀土La-Ce中间合金在铝合金ENAC-44300晶料细化、针孔变化中所起的作用。利用直读光谱仪对化学成份进行分析确认其添加比例,从宏观目视对断面晶粒度进行了对比、运用金相显微镜观察微观组织变化佐证了其变质细化的效果;对比各含量下针孔度变化情况。结果表明稀土La-Ce中间合金对细化铝合金晶粒度及降低铝水含气量能起到很好的作用。
This text analyzes the effects of different contents of rare earth La-Ce intermediate alloy on grain refinement and pinhole changes of ENAC--44300 aluminum alloy. Direct-reading spectrometer is used to analyze chemical composition and determine the adding proportion, and contrast of section grain sizes is done through macroscopic viewing, and metalloscope is used to observe microstructure changes which give evidence to the qualitative refining effects; pinhole degree changes under different contents are compared. The result shows that rare earth La-Ce intermediate alloy has very good effects on refining aluminum alloy grains and reducing air content in aluminum water.
