摘要
分析了铝合金铸锭过程中较常出现的化学成分不均匀、晶粒粗大、疏松、夹杂物及金属间化合物等铸造缺陷及其危害;提出了影响铸锭质量的主要工艺技术问题;指出了优化化学成分、成分均匀性控制、熔体处理,以及提高铸造过程的工艺控制水平,是提高铸锭质量的关键技术。
Based on analysis of the defects such as un-uniformity in chemical composition, coarse grain size, shrinkage, inclusion and intermetallic compounds in the AI alloy ingots. The author put forward the main technological problems which influence ingot quality of AI alloy, and pointed out that, optimizing its chemical composition and control on composition uniformity of melt and alloy melt purifying as well as improving casting technology are the key of improving the quality of AI alloy ingots.
