呼吸机相关膈肌功能障碍研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 膈肌是最主要的呼吸肌,机械通气患者普遍存在膈肌功能障碍,是脱机困难的主要因素之一,严重影响着患者的预后和转归。呼吸机相关膈肌功能障碍(ventilator-induced diaphragmatic dysfunction,VIDD)是指由机械通气、膈肌去负荷所导致的机制尚不明确的膈肌萎缩、收缩功能障碍,且不能被脓毒血症、药物、代谢紊乱、营养不良、后天获得性神经肌肉病变等所解释的现象。
