摘要
利用QuEChERS净化与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)联用技术建立了不同基质护肤品中6种生物碱含量的检测方法。即使用1%(质量分数)甲酸-乙腈水溶液分散提取,QuEChERS技术净化,HPLC-DAD检测,外标法定量。在最优化条件下,6种生物碱在质量浓度50~2 000μg/L之间的响应线性关系良好(相关系数大于0.999),检出限在60~132μg/L。该方法成功用于3种基质护肤品(水类、乳类和面霜类)的检测分析,3个添加水平(0.2、1.0和2.0 mg/kg)的样品加标试验的加标回收率在73.6%~98.8%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.9%。该方法简便快捷、准确、稳定,适合对化妆品中6种生物碱物质的检测。
A facile and fast method for determination of six alkaloids in skin care products by QuEChERS coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) wasdescribed in this paper. The alkaloids were dispersed and extracted by mass fraction 1% formic acid-acetonitrile/water solution, purified by QuEChERS, detected by HPLC-DAD and quantified by external standard method. Under the optimized conditions, good linear relationship was showed within the concentration range of 50-2000μg/L with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.999 for all six alkaloids. The detection limits of the method (S/N = 3, MLOD) were in the range of 60-132μg/L. This method was successfully applied to the detection and analysis of 3 kinds of skin care products. The recoveries of the spiked samples (spiked levels: 0.2, 1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg) were between 73.6%-98.8% with the relative standard deviation less than 5.9 %. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precision, which is suitable for the detection of six alkaloids in cosmetics.
