摘要
侦查情报分析中的结果偏差会导致侦查人员以案件结果的好坏为依据来评估侦查情报分析过程的优劣。对此展开研究有助于强化对此类偏差的认知和防范,提升情报分析的准确性。通过对结果偏差的属性及其研究现状的考察,指出此类偏差的典型样态,如归因偏差、与程序正义背道而驰、严格责任的依据不足等,进而提出修正策略。认为加强对结果偏差的识别与了解、合理设置情报分析评估体系、构建决策评估模型等可有效削弱和降低此类偏差对情报分析的不良影响。
Outcome bias of investigation intelligence of Economics and Law, Wuhan 430072, China） analysis will lead investigators to assess the merits of the process of intelligence analysis based on the results of the case. This study will help investigators to strengthen the awareness of such biases and prevention, to enhance the accuracy tion of the attribute of the result deviation and related research, this viation in the investigation intelligence analysis, such as attribution of intelligence analysis. Based on the investiga- paper points out the typical patterns of such de- deviation, procedural injustice and strict liabil- ity is insufficient, and then put forward the corrective measures. It can effectively weaken and reduce the negative impact of such deviation on intelligence analysis to strengthen the recognition and understanding of the outcome bi- as, set up the intelligence analysis and evaluation system reasonably, and build the decision - making evaluation model.
