摘要
目的总结探讨间苯三酚与米索前列醇在绝经期妇女宫腔镜术中对宫颈扩张的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年125行宫腔镜手术的绝经妇女共120例，随机分为两组，间苯三酚纽于术前15-30min静脉推注间苯三酚80mg，米索前列醇组于术前晚10点予米索前列醇0．4mg置于阴道后穹隆。记录并观察两组宫颈扩张程度、扩张时间、术中出血量、并发症以及药物不良反应等情况。结果与米索前列醇组比较，间苯三酚组的宫颈扩张程度好，显效率及总有效率均较高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；宫颈扩张时间、术中出血量及人流综合征发生均较少，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），除人流综合征外的其余并发症与药物不良反应两组均较低，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在绝经期妇女宫腔镜术前，使用间苯三酚静脉推注扩张宫颈效果好，可以降低手术并发症，减少手术创伤，节省手术时间，药物不良反应少，值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect ofphloroglucin and misoprostol on cervical dilatation in menopausal women under hysteroscopy. Methods Postmenopausal women from January 2015 to December 2016 for a total of 120 cases of hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, phloroglucin group in the preoperative intravenous injection of 15-30min phloroglucin 80mg, misoprostol group was l0 points last night to 0.4mg misoprostol placed in the vaginal fornix.The cervical dilatation, dilation time, bleeding volume, complications and adverse drug reactions were recorded and observed in the two groups. Results Compared with misoprostol group, the degree of cervical dilatation was significantly better, the effective rate and the total effective rate were higher （ P〈0.05 ） .The time of dilatation of cervix, the amount of bleeding during operation and the occurrence of abortion syndrome were less （ P〈0.05 ） .The remaining complications except the abortion syndrome and the adverse drug reactions were lower in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . In addition to abortion syndrome, the other complications and adverse drug reactions were lower in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion In the postmenopausal women with hysteroscopy, the use of phloroglucin intravenous injection of cervical effect is good, can reduce the surgical complications, reduce surgical trauma, save the operation time, less adverse drug reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
