摘要
目的探讨绝经后妇女取环的方式及时机。方法就北京市延庆县医院2004年1月～2008年12月妇产科取环患者2 175例,其中绝经后妇女取环409例,就其取环方式时机进行分析。结果 409例患者在常规、B超及宫腔镜下均取环成功。结论绝经后妇女应尽可能在绝经后1年内取环,术前根据具体情况做好宫颈准备。
【Objective】 To analyze the manner and timing of postmenopausal women taking ring.【Methods】 2 175 cases who removed IUD from 2004.1 to 2008.12 in Beijing Yanqing County Hospital,Obstetrics and Gynecology were analyzed.In these cases 409 cases were postmenopausal women.【Results】 409 cases were removed IUD successfully in general,B-mode ultrasound and hysteroscopic respectively.【Conclusion】 Women after menopause should remove the IUD within 1 year,and cervical preparation should be made before surgery.
