摘要
目的探讨人文关怀联合心理护理对直肠癌患者满意度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月间中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的90例直肠癌手术患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,观察组患者在常规护理基础上加用人文关怀联合心理护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者整体健康、躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能及社会功能评分分别为(6.50±1.22)分、(6.34±1.29)分、(6.89±1.22)分、(6.19±1.30)分、(6.49±1.31)分及(6.22±1.25)分,均低于观察组患者的(8.23±1.56)分、(8.21±1.50)分、(8.38±1.05)分、(8.56±1.09)分、(8.28±1.11)分及(8.19±1.20)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,加用人文关怀联合心理护理,能够提高直肠癌患者的护理满意度,改善生活质量。
Objective To probe into the effect of humanistic care combined psychological nursing on satisfaction and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer.Methods Select 90 patients undergoing surgery for rectal cancer at Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 2014 to July 2016.Using a random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 45 patients in each group.The observation group was given humanistic care combined psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing and the control group was only given routine nursing.Patients＇ satisfaction with nursing and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Satisfaction rate was 93.3% for the observation group than 73.3% of the control group（P0.05）.The scores of overall health,physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function were 8.23±1.56,8.21±1.50,8.38±1.05,8.56±1.09,8.28±1.11 and 8.19±1.20,respectively for the observation group which were significantly higher than 6.50±1.22,6.34±1.29,6.89±1.22,6.19±1.30,6.49±1.31 and 6.22±1.25,respectively of the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion Adding humanistic care combined with psychological nursing to conventional nursing can improve the nursing care,satisfaction and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer.
