摘要
研究了六种不同保湿剂对中空纤维膜纯水通量、含水率、浇铸最高放热温度和烧丝状态的影响。研究结果表明除透明质酸钠外,其他五种保湿剂处理后的膜丝均具有优异纯水通量。而在浇铸过程中发现,多元醇类的保湿剂比钠盐保湿剂更容易加速环氧固化反应,容易导致膜丝烧丝变色。综合上述两方面的研究,优选乳酸钠和醋酸钠作为中空纤维膜的保湿剂。
The effect of humectants on the water flux, water content, exothermic peak temperature and color changes in epoxy curing were investigated. The results indicated that hollow membranes with the Others humectants possessed excellent water flux except for sodium hyaluronate. Moreover, the polyalcohol humectants accelerated the epoxy curing reaction more than sodium salt humectants. It was concluded that the sodium lactate and sodium acetate were the optimal humeetants.
