摘要
研究了Zn和Ti粉等填料对316L基体上AR 5环氧树脂胶粘涂层硬度的影响。实验结果表明:在所采取的实验条件下,于市售AR 5耐磨胶中加入填料Ti粉5.7%、Zn粉46.2%左右(占胶质量分数)时,所得胶粘涂层有较高的硬度,固化工艺参数对环氧胶粘涂层的硬度有显著的影响。
The influences of Zn and Ti filler addition on the hardness of epoxy coating are investigated. It is found that the higher hardness is obtained under the condition of added of Zn and Ti as filler when the addition is 5.7% and 46.2% (wt. percentage of adhesive). It is also pointed out that the hardness of the adhesive coating is remarkably affected by curing parameters.
