摘要
基于"电代煤"项目投资规模大、实施工期短的特点,电网企业探讨研究采用"协议库存"、"框架协议"、"成套化采购"、"EPC工程总承包采购"等多种采购方式相结合的策略,以大幅提升采购效率效益,强化物资供应保障能力。
In this paper, in view of the characteristics of the ＂replacing coal with electricity＂ program, a combination of multiple purchasing strategies, such as protocol inventory, framework agreement, outfit purchasing and EPC master contract purchasing, etc., is studied and adopted by the power grid companies, whieh has greatly improved their purchasing efficiency and benefits and enhanced their material supply and support capacities.
