摘要
石油化工EPC总承包项目中设备种类繁多、采购金额大、供货周期长、技术性强、涉及面广,给设备采购工作带来了极大挑战。本文从EPC承包商的角度,对实际采购过程中发生的常见问题进行了总结分析,结合实际提出了设备采购的控制措施。
EPC in petrochemical industry features high technology,long supply period,various equipment and wholesale funding concerning many aspects,which brings great challenge to equipment procurement. The common issues in terms of EPC contractor during the actual purchase process are summarized and analyzed in this paper for controls.
