摘要 环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)技术是一种新颖的核酸恒温扩增方法。因其具有简单、快速、特异性强的特点,在国外已经成功应用于多个行业,并在其中发挥着越来越重要的作用。阐述LAMP技术在大肠杆菌O157、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌4种食源性致病菌检测中的最新研究进展,将近年来针对4种细菌建立的LAMP方法中的靶基因、灵敏度和特异性进行汇总比较,对LAMP试验常见问题进行分析,展望其在中国食源性致病菌检测领域的研究和应用发展前景。 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel nucleic acid amplification method. For its simplicity, rapidity and specificity, it has been successfully applied in many industries abroad and plays an increasingly significant role. In this paper, the latest research progress of LAMP technology in the detection of four foodborne pathogens of E.coli O157, Salmonella, Shigella and Staphylococcus aureus was described. The target gene, sensitivity and specificity of the pathogenic bacteria were summarized and compared in the estab-lished LAMP method for four bacteria in recent years. The shortcomings of this technique in detection of pathogenic bacteria and the prospects of its application in China were put forward.
