人参玛咖片对运动小鼠抗疲劳活性的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究人参玛咖片对运动小鼠的抗疲劳作用。试验设置人参玛咖片3个剂量组和空白对照组,通过自主活动、疲劳转棒、耐力跑及负重游泳试验,考察人参玛咖片对小鼠耐力的影响,通过检测小鼠游泳前和游泳后即刻血清和肝脏中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(PROG)水平,探究人参玛咖片的抗疲劳作用机制。结果表明:自主活动实验表明人参玛咖片对小鼠中枢神经系统没有损伤。与空白对照组相比,人参玛咖片能够显著的延长小鼠转棒、耐力跑及负重游泳力竭时间。与空白对照组相比,人参玛咖片显著提高了游泳后雌雄小鼠血清中ATP水平,同时显著提高了血清和肝脏中T-SOD和GSH-Px水平。与空白对照组相比,人参玛咖片提高了雌雄小鼠游泳后性激素T和PROG的水平。综合以上实验结果得知,人参玛咖片具有提高运动耐力和缓解疲劳的功效,这一作用可能与其抑制脂质过氧化损伤有关,同时能够改善小鼠体内性激素的分泌。 Anti-fatigue effects of Panax ginseng Lepidium meyenii (PL) tablet was studied by exercise mice model experiment. Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups:low-dose, medium-and high-dose PL tablet-treated groups and control group. Autonomic activities number, rotating time, running time and exhaustive swimming time were determined to evaluate the endurance effect of PL tablet, the levels of adenosine triphos-phate(ATP), total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), glutathione reductase(GSH-Px) and the content of testos-terone(T), estradiol(E2) and progesterone(PROG) before and after swimming immediately in blood and liver samples were detected to reaserch the anti-fatigue mechanism of PL tablet. Autonomic activity test showed that PL tablet did not damage the central nervous system of mice. Compared with the control group, PL tablet signif-icantly prolonged the time of rod, endurance and weight-bearing swimming. PL tablet significantly increased ATP levels in serum after swimming compared with the control group, as well as significantly increased T-SOD and GSH-Px levels in serum and liver compared with the control group, PL tablet significantly improved the sex hormone T and PROG levels of male and female mice. Combined with the above experimental results, it can be concluded that PL tablet had improved exercise tolerance and relieve fatigue effect, this may be related to its in-hibition effect on lipid peroxidation., this may be related to its inhibition effect on lipid peroxidation.
