摘要
新形势下我国的涉外突发事件应急处置工作面临着信息分析能力不强、处置机制不完善、舆论引导不充分、经验总结不到位等诸多困境。完善涉外突发事件应急处置工作应坚持客观正视、依法处置、合成作战的原则,进一步梳理应急处置机构的人员配置,更新应急处置工作的理念方法,加强应急处置机构对情报数据的分析能力,并提升应急处置机构的整体效能。
Under the new circumstance, China＇s foreign altalrs emergency response wo, r. ,~ ~ difficulties, such as the lack of information analysis ability, imperfect disposal mechanism, insufficient guidance of public opinion, and the lack of experience summary. To perfect emergency response of foreign affairs, we are supposed to adhere to principles of being objective, disposal according to law, and cooperative operation and sort out the personnel allocation in emergency response agencies, update the concept and method of emergency work, strengthen the analysis ability of intelligence data, and enhance the overall effectiveness of emergency disposal mechanism.
