摘要
化工企业在液氯的生产、储存和使用过程中存在着较大的安全风险,一旦发生泄漏,就会产生难以预料的严重后果,对周边较大范围的群众生命健康和生态自然环境造成极大的危害。本文对液氯储存工程设计中的关键问题进行探讨,为工程设计人员提供参考,以保障液氯储存的安全。
In chemical companies,there is a greater security risk in the process of liquid chlorine production,storage and usage.Once the leak happens,it will produce unpredictably serious consequences,causing great harm to the surrounding people＇s lives and ecological environment. The key problems in the design of liquid chlorine storage project are discussed in this paper,which will provide reference for chemical engineers,in order to ensure the safety of liquid chlorine storage.
