摘要
神经内科和内科学、外科学相同,是医学的一门二级学科,都对实践性有较高的要求。但神经内科比内科学和外科学要更为抽象,培养一名合格甚至优秀的神经内科专业型硕士研究生不是一项简单的任务。导师是指引研究生成长的最好教材之一,导师的基本素质决定了专业型研究生成长的基本方向。本文就神经内科专业型硕士研究生导师所需具备的一些基本素质进行论述。
Neurology is the same as Internal Medicine and Surgery. It is a two discipline of medicine and has higher requirements for practice. But Neurology is more abstract than Internal Medicine and Surgery to learn, to cultivate a qualified even excellent master degree candidate of Department of Neurology is not a simple task. Master degree supervisor is one of the best materials to guide the growth of master degree candidates. The basic quality of master degree supervisor determines the basic direction of the growth of master degree candidates. In this paper, the basic qualities of master degree supervisor of Neurology specialty are discussed.
