静息态fMRI及其在儿童精神障碍疾病中的研究进展

摘要 随着功能磁共振技术的发展,静息态功能磁共振成像(Resting-state functional MRI,R-fMRI)成为研究大脑功能网络结构重要的工具,它通过研究在静息状态下大脑信号的改变,来探究人脑功能活动变化,为研究大脑活动的功能网络提供新的方法。近年来,不少学者已经将其应用于儿童精神障碍性疾病(如注意力缺陷多动障碍、孤独症谱系障碍)的研究。本文对近年来国内外对静息态脑功能磁共振在儿童精神障碍性疾病中的研究做一综述。 With the development of functional magnetic resonance technology, Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), R - fMRI) become an important tool for study of brain function network structure, it through the study of brain signals in Resting state changes, to explore the brain function activities change, offers a new method for study the function of the brain activity network In recent years, many scholars have applied it to the study of children with mental disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder. In this paper, a review of the study of static brain functional magnetic resonance (NMR) in children with mental disorders is reviewed in this paper.
