摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)是一类由配体激活的核转录因子,参与调控脂肪细胞的分化、糖代谢、脂质代谢、衰老、炎症反应和免疫反应等一系列生理和病理过程。活化的PPARγ在人体多种器官中具有抑制血管生成、抗纤维化、抑制炎症反应及抗氧化应激等作用,亦有研究显示,其对眼部疾病的发生发展也具有良好的抑制作用,有望成为相关眼部疾病治疗的新靶点。综述PPARγ及其激动剂在眼部疾病中的作用研究进展。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor 7 (PPARy) is a ligand-activated nuclear transcription factor which is involved in important physiological and pathological processes like fat cell differentiation, glucose homeostasis, lipid metabolism, aging, inflammatory and immune responses. Much has been discovered about the critical roles of activated PPARy in anti-angiogenesis, anti-fibrosis, anti-inflammation and anti- oxidative stress in various organs. There was also sound scientific evidence indicating its inhibitory effects on ocular pathophysiological processes, making it become one of the major targets for ophthalmic therapy. In this article, the roles of PPARy and its agonists in ocular diseases were reviewed.
