摘要 脂联素是一种由脂肪组织分泌的胶原样蛋白,能降低血浆游离脂肪酸,具有抗动脉粥样硬化、改善胰岛素抵抗、降血糖、抗炎等作用。PPARγ属于核受体超基因家族成员,在调节脂肪形成中起重要作用。脂联素可能是通过其受体激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)和AMPK信号转导通路而发挥作用。 Adiponectin, depressing the hematoplasma free fatty acids, countering artery indurate and improving the insulin resistance, noringblood sugar, is a collogen proteinum and secreted by adipose tissue. PPARsγ is the member of unclear receptor supergene family which adjusts the adipogenesis and has amused people's attention for its regulation of the moving ability. Adiponectin may be through the signal transtuction between PPARγ and AMPK.
