热脱附技术在首钢土壤修复生产线中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Thermal Desorption for Contaminated Soil at Shougang

摘要 2010年底,首钢北京厂区停产后,根据北京市建设规划,将原厂区建设为新首钢高端产业综合服务区。按照《国务院关于加强环境保护重点工作的意见》(国发[2011]35号)提出的“被污染场地再次进行开发利用的,应进行环境评估和无害化治理”的要求,对厂区污染土壤进行修复。首钢于2016年建成投产了一条年处理污染土18万t的土壤修复生产线,生产设施包括负压气膜大棚、热脱附及尾气处理装置、成品堆场及配套公辅设施等。针对首钢土壤多环芳烃较多的特性,经过模拟实验,采用热脱附修复工艺比较合理。其工艺流程为:污染土壤先通过干燥处理,再进行高温焙烧,达到多环芳烃与土壤分离,成品土壤输送至成品堆场堆存;多环芳烃作为废气,在二燃室进行燃烧,通过急冷塔快速降温和除尘器净化,气体达标排放。 Beijing Shougang has stopped production in 2010, according to the planning of Beijing, we are going to build Beijing Shougang site into a New Shougang high-end industry comprehensive service area. According to the 《 Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening Major Environmental Protection Work 》 (No 35 Document [ 2011 ] of the State Council), it says that the contaminated soil should be assessed and undergo harmless treatment before exploit. So Shougang built a production line of 180 thousand tons per year to remedy the contaminated soil in 2016. Production facilities includes negative pressure membrane structure yard, thermal desorption system, tail gas treatment system, product yard, supporting facilities and so on. Aiming at higher polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), using the simulation, thermal desorption is reasonable. The contaminated soil shall be pretreated drying first, then fired, PAHs can be separated from soil, the product shall be transported to product yard. As exhaust gas, burned in the second burning room, through quench tower and cools rapidly, dedusting from dirt catcher, PHAs can be purified to guarantee emission standard.
