摘要
[目的]了解浙江省失能老人的孤独状况,探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用日常生活能力量表、孤独量表、社会支持量表和老年抑郁量表对浙江省居家和机构失能老人362例进行调查。[结果]失能老人孤独得分为(44.34±10.38)分,表明失能老人孤独体验明显,婚姻状况、居住状况、主要经济来源、月收入水平、失能数量和健康自评状况对失能老人孤独得分有影响(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,失能老人孤独评分与社会支持得分呈负相关(r=-0.447,P<0.001);Spearman相关分析结果显示,失能老人孤独评分与抑郁得分呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.001)。经多元线性回归分析,抑郁、社会支持是失能老人孤独的主要影响因素。[结论]浙江省失能老人孤独状况不容乐观,相关部门需加以重视并针对影响因素制定相应干预措施以促进失能老人的心理健康。
Objective To know about the loneliness status of disabled elderly in Zhejiang province and explore itsinfluencing factors. Methods: Activity of Daily Living Scaee?UCLA Loneliness Scale?Social Science Research So-lutions and the Geriatric Depression Scaee were used to investigate 362 cases of disabledstitution in Zhejiang province. Results: Loneliness score of disabled elderlywas(44. 34士 10. 38) , showed that the disabled elderly had a significant loneliness experience. Marital status, living condition,main economic source, monthly income level disability quantity and health self - evaluation status had an influence on the loneliness scores of the disabled elderly(P 〈0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that loneliness score of disabled elderly was negatively correlated with social support score(r = - 0. 447, P 〈0. 001). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the loneliness score of the disabled elderly was positively related to the depres-sion scores(r = 0. 571 ,F 〈0. 001). Through multiple linear regression analysis? depression and social support were the main influencing factors of loneliness in the elderly with disability. Conclusions: The loneliness status of disabled elderly in Zhejiang province was not optimistic ? relevant departments should pay atformulate corresponding interventions according to the influencing factors so as to promote the mental health of disabled elderly.
