注射器与注射泵的兼容性对注射精度影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的本文测试不同品牌注射器与注射泵的兼容性,从而为临床采购更适合注射泵使用的耗材提供依据。方法首先在注射器与注射泵配套使用之前进行注射器的校准;然后通过检测仪测试注射泵A、B通道在不同品牌注射器使用下的精度。结果注射器校准后发现每种品牌的注射器参数不一致。通过某品牌注射泵与4种注射器配套使用发现:A、B通道注射精度最大相对误差分别为12.64%和12.4%,即泵与国产B、国产C注射器兼容性最好,与进口D注射器兼容性比较差,不建议临床使用。结论采用大量数据进行验证,表明结论是一致的,说明该研究方法具有可行性,且该项研究为采购注射器提供了可行性的依据。 Objective To study the compatibility between different brands of injectors and injection pump, and to provide the basis for purchasing more suitable consumptive materials for clinical departments. Methods Before using the injection pump and injectors, the injectors should be calibrated frstly. Then the accuracy of A and B channel in injection pump under different brands of injectors could be tested by a certain detector. Results After calibration, we found that the parameters of each brand’s injector were inconsistent. The maximum relative error of injection accuracy in A and B channel was 12.64% and 12.4% by using Willie Ark injection pump and 4 syringes. The compatibility between domestic B, domestic C injectors and pump was the best, but the compatibility of import brands D injectors and pump was poor, which was not recommended for clinical use. Conclusion A large amount of data is used to verify the results, and it is proved that this research method is feasible. So it may provide a basis for the procurement of consumptive materials.
