摘要
回顾了注射器的诞生及微量注射泵的制造发展历程,总结了在实际临床应用中足以影响其输注精度的因素。综述了微量注射泵的原理及其制造技术、临床医学工程技术领域以及临床护理人员对不同品牌、型号注射器影响到微量注射泵输注精度的研究进展。指出了采购与微量注射泵配套的注射器的重要性,为临床应用中根据不同药物及不同的患者情况选用合适型号注射器提供良好的指导依据。
The histories of the injector and mirco-injection pump were reviewed,and the factors affecting the infusion accuracy were summarized.The micro-injection pump was introduced from the aspects of principle,manufacture technique,clinical medical engineering and nurse.The importance of proper syringe for the micro-injection pump was pointed out,and the references were provided for the selection of the syringe based on the drug or patient condition.
