摘要
美国当代社会学家柯林斯的互动仪式链理论揭示了各种社会仪式中的互动机制,这对于认识校长培训这种特定互动提供了一个适切的视角。运用互动仪式链理论帮助我们更好地理解当前校长培训中因相互关注焦点模糊、情感连带弱化、成员身份效果微弱、低强度的会话以及空洞和强迫的仪式等因素而导致校长在培训中参与不足,并进而采取相应的措施提高校长的参与程度从而提升校长培训的实效。
The American contemporary sociologist Collins ' interactive ritual chain theory reveals the interaction mechanism in various social rituals,which provides a suitable perspective for understanding this particular interaction of principals. The use of interactive ritual theory helps better understand that such factors as ambiguous mutual focus,emotional weakening,weak membership,low-intensity conversations and empty and forced rituals have led to the inadequate participation of principals in the training. And then appropriate measures are proposed to improve the degree of participation of principals to enhance the effectiveness of principals training.
